PTFE Based Materials Electrical Sleeving
This is
available in a range of internal diameters and wall thicknesses with
coloursto BS6746C. PTFE electrical sleeving is non-tracking and because of its outstanding chemical and weathering resistance over its working temperature range, is ideal for those applications where total insulating performance has to be guaranteed Electrical Cable Spiral Wrap PTFE black spiral wrap is offered in standard lengths of 1.5m and a selective range of internal diameters. Other lengths and colours can be supplied to special order. All PTFE spiral wrap meets the SBAC specification AS41088. PTFE Tapes The outstanding properties of PTFE can be realised in the form of tape both unfilled and glass filled, or as PTFE coated tapes. As an added benefit, certain types of tape can be given a pressure sensitive adhesive backing. Unfilled PTFE tapes are available, tested to BS6564 part 2, in a variety of widths and thicknesses. As an added service, these tapes can be etched to accept an adhesive. Glass filled PTFE tape is also available to order Pressure sensitive standard and high modulus tapes with an adhesive backing are supplied in various thicknesses and widths. Coated adhesive tapes are also available; they are comprised of a PTFE impregnated glass cloth with an adhesive backing.
